Watch this - Nutso (ft. Crooks-N-Thru & DJ Modesty) - "Bad Street's Patternized" S/O @NutsoPPM @thruway @cRoOkLiFe @djmodesty

As Nutso gears up for the September 18th release of Behind These Bars, the Q-Borough spitter drops the visuals for "Bad Streets Patternized." Titled after the Nas line featured in "Take It In Blood" (It Was Written, 1996), the track's producer DJ Qvali also uses the quotable as the song's scratch chorus. Directed by Javier Goin and featuring guest verses from Crook-N-Thru (CrookLife & Thruway), "Bad Streets Patternized" was originally featured on DJ Modesty's Kings from Queens 2.1 (Mixtape) which is available for free download. Although this track won't be featured on BTB, here's a sneak preview of the visuals for the previously campaigned single "Blowing Up," which is featured on the forthcoming extended play..stay tuned.

Domo Genesis & The Alchemist - No Idols (Free Album) | Takin' Mines:

Download Mixtape | Free Mixtapes Powered by DatPiff.com
DomoGenesisHaving put only one leak out prior to its release, Domo Genesis and The Alchemist‘s collaborative project No Idols was one of the most anticipated hip-hop releases of the Summer, if not the year. Today, with the record in hand (digitally speaking), the proof is most definitely in the pudding. Alc’s skewed samples and blunted rhythms are more than prevalent – and potent – on this free album, while Damier, albeit the high levels of intoxication, steps his rap game up and, subsequently, steps out of the “weed rapper” zone. The contributions – which are outstanding, yet entirely organic – come from Tyler, The Creator, Earl Sweatshirt, Action Bronson, SpaceGhostPurrp, Smoke DZA, Freddie Gibbs and Prodigy, and simply add an official liner note to the quality of No Idols. Watch+Share- Jhené Aiko performs new song '3:16am' live in Los Angeles and more | SoulCulture

Top Dawg Ent.‘s go-to songstress Jhené Aiko joined Miguel on Sunday (July 15th) for a “Secret Show” at the Key Club in Los Angeles. The gig was part of Myspace’s showcase series, where they give away tickets to a surprise concert for free. And, although it didn’t cost a dime, the show looked like it was worth good money.

In addition to performing cuts like “Stranger” and “You vs Them”, the gorgeous Ms. Aiko gave a live rendition of “3.16am”, the first single off her forthcoming Def Jam debut which surfaced online as a teaser back in March. You can catch up on a portion of her performance below and stay tuned for footage of Miguel’s set coming soon.
